DK88 Privacy Policy

DK88, short for DashKing88, treats the information you give us as part of a working relationship: you need an account that is yours alone, and we need enough information to keep it that way. This privacy policy sets out what personal data we collect, why we hold it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it.

It applies to everyone who registers on our platform, visits it or uses our Android and iPhone apps, whether or not an account is opened in the end.

What personal information we collect

Most of what we hold comes straight from you. When you complete the sign-up form you give us a username, a password and an email address, and when you verify your account or make your first payment we ask for more. Over the life of an account we may collect:

  • your full name and postal address;
  • your email address and phone number;
  • your date of birth and gender;
  • your IP address, device identifiers and connection data;
  • anything else you submit during registration or add to your profile afterwards.

Using the platform also creates records of its own. We keep your transaction history, your game and betting history, and any verification documents you send us when a check is required. Those records exist because an account balance, a bonus and a withdrawal all have to be traceable.

Why we are allowed to use it

Every piece of data we process rests on one of four grounds.

Your consent. You agree to this policy when you register, and you can withdraw consent for things that depend on it, such as marketing messages.

Our contract with you. We cannot open an account, credit a deposit, settle a bet or pay a withdrawal without processing the details attached to it.

Legal and regulatory duties. Anti-money laundering checks, tax obligations and record keeping all require us to collect and retain certain information. We operate under a gaming licence issued in Anjouan and are bound by the duties that come with it.

Our legitimate interests. Preventing fraud and account abuse, protecting the platform from security threats, and improving how our products work all require a limited amount of data, balanced against your privacy.

How we use your information

In practice your data does a small number of defined jobs:

  • giving you access to the games and services on our platform;
  • administering your account, balance, bonuses and loyalty rewards;
  • verifying your identity, your age and your contact details;
  • processing deposits and withdrawals through licensed payment providers;
  • detecting and preventing fraud, collusion, multiple accounts and money laundering;
  • sending you account and service communications, and promotions where you have agreed to receive them;
  • meeting our legal, licensing and reporting obligations.

We do not use your data to make decisions that fall outside those purposes.

Identity and age verification

Online gaming is for adults, so we may verify your identity at any point in the life of your account, not only at registration. If a check is open we may hold a withdrawal until it is complete, and our support team will tell you exactly what is needed rather than leaving you guessing. Deposits and withdrawals must also use a payment account in your own name, which is one of the reasons the name on your profile matters.

If the details on an account turn out to be false, incomplete or belonging to someone else, the account can be closed. Keeping your name, address, email and phone number up to date protects your access and your money.

Payment details and card security

We do not store your bank card numbers. Card data is handled by payment providers certified to the PCI DSS standard, and it stays inside their systems. What we keep is the record of the transaction itself: the amount, the method, the date and the outcome, which is what we need to credit a balance, answer a query about a payment or satisfy a regulatory check.

Marketing messages and how to stop them

Promotional messages stay within a strict limit: no more than three a day, across all channels we use to reach you.

You can stop them whenever you like, either through the unsubscribe link in the message itself or by asking our support team. Service messages continue after you opt out, because they are part of running your account: security alerts, payment confirmations, changes to our terms and anything we are required to tell you.

Who we see your information with

We share personal data only where there is a reason to, and we never sell it to anyone.

Who receives it Why
Service providers Payment processing, identity verification, hosting, customer support and analytics, acting on our instructions
Fraud prevention and AML agencies Checking identity, screening for money laundering and investigating suspected abuse
Regulators, courts and public authorities Where the law, our licence or a valid legal request requires disclosure

Providers who handle data for us are bound to use it for the purpose we engaged them for, and to protect it while they do.

Transfers outside your country

Our service providers are not all located in the same place, so your information may be transferred to and processed in another country. Where that happens we put appropriate safeguards in place through our contracts and our checks on the provider, so that the protection described in this policy travels with your data.

Your rights over your data

You can ask us to:

  • give you access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
  • erase data we no longer have a legal or contractual reason to keep;
  • send you a copy of certain data in a portable form;
  • stop or restrict processing you object to, including marketing.

Write to [email protected] or open Online Chat on the platform and tell us which of these you want. We may need to verify who you are before we act, which protects you as much as us. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you also have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

Some requests have limits. We cannot delete records we are legally required to retain, and closing an account does not erase the transaction history behind it.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out above, and for as long as gaming, financial and anti-money laundering rules require us to hold it after that. Once no purpose and no legal duty remain, the data is securely deleted or anonymised. If you want to know what applies to a particular type of record, ask support and we will explain.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files a site stores on your device so it can recognise it on the next visit. We use four kinds:

  • Essential cookies, which keep you logged in, hold your session together and protect the platform from abuse. Without them the site cannot work.
  • Performance cookies, which tell us how pages and games are loading and where something is failing.
  • Functional cookies, which remember preferences such as your language and your odds format.
  • Targeting cookies, which help us measure campaigns and show you more relevant offers.

Some of these are set by third parties we work with for analytics and advertising, and those providers may read them across other sites they operate on. You control cookies through your browser: most let you block or delete them by category. Blocking essential cookies will stop you from logging in or playing, so change those settings with that in mind. Before you create an account, read this section alongside the sign-up form, because registration sets the session cookies your account depends on.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our services, our providers or our legal duties change. Where a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will tell you on the platform or send the notice to your account, so the first you hear of it is not at a withdrawal screen.

Contact us

Questions about your data, a verification request or a cookie setting all go to the same place. Email [email protected] or open Online Chat and our team will take it from there. You can also return to our main information pages for how our games, payments and bonuses work in practice.

Gaming is for players aged 18 and over.
