Malaysian odds are compact, and they read quickly once the sign makes sense. A price sits between -1.00 and +1.00. A positive price is your profit per RM1 staked, so at +0.80 a RM100 stake returns RM80 profit plus the stake. A negative price flips the relationship: your stake is larger than the profit it earns, and the number tells you how much of your money is at risk for one unit of win.

In practice
At Malaysian odds of -0.83 you stake RM83 to win RM100, and your RM83 comes back with the win. The price has not changed, only the direction it is written from.
The arithmetic behind the four formats is simple enough to do on paper. As a rule, Hong Kong odds are the decimal price minus one. Malaysian odds match Hong Kong when the Hong Kong figure is 1 or less, and otherwise become -1 divided by it. Indonesian odds match Hong Kong when that figure is 1 or more, and otherwise become -1 divided by it as well. That is why the same 2.20 selection shows as a friendly +1.20 in Indonesian and a stern-looking -0.83 in Malaysian.

A parlay, also called an accumulator, joins several selections into one bet. In general the decimal prices multiply, which is why a modest stake can carry a large return, and why every leg has to land. Two legs at 2.20 each give 4.84, so a RM50 parlay returns RM242 in total, RM192 of it profit. Add a third leg at the same price and the multiplier passes 10.
The cost of that multiplier is unforgiving. One wrong leg loses the whole parlay, no matter how comfortable the other selections looked, so a four-leg ticket is a very different risk from four separate singles of the same size.
Top Parlays sits at the top of the left menu and shows combinations already put together, which is a quicker route in than building a ticket selection by selection. Before you confirm, read the combined price in the format you read most easily, because a long parlay in Malaysian odds can look unfamiliar even when the maths is the same.
